Prof. Satya Prakash left highly lucrative and fast growing public sector banking career while serving in senior managerial position there for Academics due to developed passion for learning as well as sharing when an opportunity arose during invited interactive session at Warangal reputed Institute
A First Class MBA, with Internship in Coromandal Fertilizers (now Coromandal International), started as Management Trainee in Hindustan Shipyard to become Personnel and Industrial Relations Officer before moving on to become Manager at Allahabad Bank, where rose to the level of Chief Manager
Served as the Professor (approved by Kakatiya University due to his 25 years Industry/ Managerial positions experience) and Chief Coordinator of Government of India AICTE- funded Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) Project at Warangal in the Alluri Institute of Management Sciences (AIMS).
Thereafter, has been Associate Director of School of Management Studies (SMS) at the Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus (GNITC) nearer to Hyderabad, before coming down to the native place of Tadepalligudem, at the Sri Venkateswara Institute of Science and Information Technology (S VISIT)
Had nearly three and half decades of service, including nearly 10 years in teaching, consisting of participating for presenting papers, and organizing National/ International Seminars/ Symposia/ Workshops/ Conferences apart from publishing about 20 papers in National/ International Journals
After joining S VISIT, coordinated two programmes of eminent personalities on the most important topics of Creativity and Innovations as well as Entrepreneurship, before being instrumental in the establishment of College- Corporate Connectfor enabling Industrial visits to the nearby industries
Upon successful completion of field trips to the select companies at surrounding places, a meeting/ get- together with those who happened to take part in such activities, were held along with the company CEO for recollecting, remembering, reorganizing, rearranging and reinforcing practicality
Summer Internships leading to completion of Projects in reputed organizations are made mandatory during vacation/ holidays so that they also get right working exposure to understand what is learned in classrooms, which helps choose specializations and take up live problems for researched solutions
Management aspirants need to develop communication capabilities so that the acquired hard tasks are explained in soft manner for impressing the HR Heads during the placement drives and regularity with the required punctuality on all working days with 75% attendance would help to achieve goals
